Please note the clean, efficient design.  There is nothing there that doesn't need to be.  See how the bottom of the triggerguard is slightly exposed, ensuring that the holster will not get in the way during the draw.  If you ever had a sore middle finger after a practice session, or a gun class, look at your holster.  If it has material extending past the triggerguard towards the front strap, you're hitting it each time you're trying to obtain a FULL  firing grip.  This causes you to grasp the gun low, which in turn allows the gun to toque more in your hand, which means more muzzle flip, which means more time elapses between shots, which means.....etc, etc.....

You see, a properly designed holster does much more than hold the gun!
